We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a business user, the Site, its content and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes relating thereto are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
